All comments express the views of the author, and Snapdive will not be held responsible for the content of any message that is not posted by Snapdive team members.

The owners of Snapdive, LLC reserve the right to remove, edit, move any comments or close accounts for any reason.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Product Warranties, Technical Support and Returns
Most parts are warranted by the manufacturer, usually for 90 days from the date of purchase, unless specified otherwise. All warranties are included with your order.
Snapdive LLC is not responsible for incorrect user installation of products. For technical support please contact the manufacturer.
Parts used for racing or competition are warranted against manufacturers’ defects only. They are not warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
If you are returning for warranty consideration, please contact before shipping parts back. Our agents can help to determine if a warranty claim is valid and where the part needs to be sent. Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any exceptions.
Snapdive LLC currently does not accept returns other than under warranty or parts that arrive defective. Unless otherwise noted, shipping costs will be taken from refund.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
